Absolutely recommend this place for any expecting parents who want to see their baby! I came here because of the prices, but I’m so glad I did! The lady that helped schedule my appointment was extremely helpful and respectful over the phone. I didn’t get the name of the man that was my ultrasound technichian, but he was the BEST!!!!!! He made me laugh the whole time by making jokes about how chubby my baby was, and when the baby wouldn’t turn the right way he would talk to the baby so calmly and the baby would turn for a picture! I was excited before the ultrasound but now I’m even more excited! Thank you to all of the Hi Mom staff!
I picked Hi Mom because of its 5 star rating and pictures posted. I left this amazing establishment feeling like I just met my unborn child for the first time and it was absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The lady doing the ultrasound absolutely delightful and the viewing room was clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend Hi Mom.
Jennifer the technician was awesome! Her customer service was amazing and she kept a smile on her face the whole time and had us laughing! She was so amazing ! The experience was nice and the place itself looked great, it wasn’t tacky or ugly definitely a place to bring your family and friends for a wonderful experience.

Frequently Asked Questions About 3D – 5D Ultrasound Sonograms
What is an ultrasound and or sonogram?
Ultrasound is a non-invasive procedure involving the use of sound waves to see internal images within the human body. The technical term for an ultrasound image is sonogram and the words are used interchangeably. One of the most popular uses for ultrasound is at pregnancy to ‘see’ an unborn child to determine gender, establish the general health of the baby and or screen for possible complications. In traditional ultrasound, often referred to as 2D ultrasound, black and white images of a developing baby fetus are produced from bouncing sound waves within the womb.
What is the difference between 3D and 5D ultrasound?
3D ultrasound is special software that generates realistic 3D sonogram photos of a developing baby from multiple sound waves taken at different angles. 5D ultrasound uses advanced scanners that go beyond 3D sonogram photography by not only generating photos of a developing baby, but observe real time movement and record it onto video.
I want to know if I am having a baby boy or baby girl. How soon can I come for an ultrasound?
It is recommended that a prenatal gender determination occurs around 14 weeks to find out if it’s a baby boy or a baby girl.
When is the best time for a 5D ultrasound session?
Hi Mom 5D Studio recommends coming in between week 24 and week 40 for your 5D ultrasound session. Performing ultrasound before week 24 won’t let you appreciate the facial features of your baby. Often times, mothers want more than one 5D ultrasound to have images from the second and third trimester to enjoy.
How long is a 5D ultrasound session?
We offer a variety of session packages to choose from ranging from 10 to 30 minutes. Plan on spending an extra 30 minutes to an hour so that we can send you home with everything you want that day.
Do I need to make an appointment for an ultrasound sonogram?
Yes. All ultrasound sonogram sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
What can I do to get the best 5D ultrasound images?
Be well hydrated during your pregnancy. Drink plenty of water at least 72 hours before your appoinment to help produce the best images of your baby..
Can you capture twins using 5D ultrasound?
Yes, taking 3D sonogram photos of twin babies at Hi Mom 5D Studio is possible. It takes a little more time and effort that we gladly provide at an extra cost. With our 5D ultrasound scanners, you will be able to see them both move.
Who can join me during an ultrasound sonogram session?
You can invite up to 15 people with you. Hi Mom 4D Studio offers a roomy comfortable home-like setting where we can easily accommodate them.
My husband is in the military. When can I send our baby's 5D ultrasound web page to him?
The ultrasound of your baby will be available for you to share with your family and friends within an hour after your visit.
Do baby ultrasound sonogram images look real?
Hi Mom 4D Studio gets the best images possible from your baby depending on the position of your unborn child at the time of the session. If a second appointment is needed, we will schedule a second ultrasound session free. Remember that picture images and video of your baby are used for entertainment purposes only and not for medical use.
If I can't see my baby's face during the 5D ultrasound session, would I have to pay extra for another sonogram?
When you purchase a regular priced 5D package and we are unable to see the baby’s face; we will invite you back for a 2nd visit at no charge.
Are ultrasound sonograms safe for my baby?
Numerous medical studies dating back over 30 years indicate no harmful evidence that ultrasound imaging during pregnancy is dangerous to either mother and or baby. In fact, medical ultrasound is used for possible abnormalities of a developing fetus.
The FDA which established and regulates pregnancy ultrasound devices ensure low level waves of sound are generated for sonogram photography and video.
